We help set up your personal décor items before guests arrive, so your spaces look complete and photo ready.

Coverage: Ceremony space, reception space, or both. You will choose your setup location when booking, based on what your venue allows and the items you want placed before guests arrive.

We can set up: welcome table, seating chart, guest book table, favors, card box, memory table, signage, and other items you provide. Not included: Full venue styling, floral installation, or rentals setup unless arranged in advance.

Package Options Basic Setup (2 hours) Perfect for minimal decor or small weddings $70 per assistant

Standard Setup (3 hours) - most popular for welcome tables, signage, favors, and ceremony decor $105 per assistant

Extended Setup (4 hours) For larger weddings or multiple setup areas $140 per assistant

Full Setup (5 hours) For detailed decor across ceremony and reception spaces $175 per assistant

Travel guideline

Travel is included within 20 miles. Events beyond 20 miles may incur a travel fee of $25-$50 per assistant depending on distance.
