Your ceremony rehearsal sets the tone for your wedding day. This service covers the rehearsal only. We guide your wedding party step-by-step, so everyone feels confident and clear about timing, position, and transitions.

  • Rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours): $150 to $250

  • Assistant if needed: plus $50 to $75

  • Travel outside 20 miles: $1 per mile or a flat for $25 to $50

  • What we do: Processional and recessional walkthrough, where to stand, cue timing, and a full run through with key participants.

  • Rehearsal only: Wedding Day coordination is not included unless booked separately.

For Wedding Morning Support add Package Options:

  • 2 Hour Morning Support Ideal for light assistance and organization $70 per assistant

  • 3 Hour Morning Support (most popular) Support during hair, makeup, and final prep $105 assistant

  • 4 Hour Morning Support Full getting-ready window support $140 per assistant

  • If 2 assistants are needed Example: 3 hours x 2 assistants =$210 total

Travel guideline:

Travel is included within 20 miles. Events beyond 20 miles may incur a travel fee of $25-$50 per assistant depending on distance.
